How it works
Six steps, one contact, and a rule we do not break: nothing ships until you have seen it.
-
01 — Understand
One person, end to end
Your inquiry is answered within one business day by the person who will actually run the project. No ticket system, no re-explaining your brief at every stage.
-
02 — Curate
A shortlist, not a catalogue dump
You get two or three suitable options with clear specs, quantities, pricing and customisation notes — including the trade-offs, so you can decide quickly.
-
03 — Confirm
Details agreed in writing
Artwork proof, colors, materials, packaging, production window and shipping terms are confirmed before production starts. Nothing changes without your approval.
-
04 — Coordinate
Follow-up you do not have to chase
We track the factory, check critical details at key stages, and send you updates at each milestone. If a date is at risk, you hear it from us first — with a plan.
-
05 — Per-order QC
Checked, photographed, confirmed
Every batch is inspected against the approved sample and photographed before it ships. You review real photos of your actual goods and give the final go-ahead.
-
06 — Deliver & learn
After the box arrives
We coordinate delivery, confirm everything landed as promised, and note your preferences. Your artwork and specs stay on file, so reordering is a two-line email.

Frequently asked
It depends on the item — drinkware typically starts at 25–50 pieces, electronics and caps at 50–100. The MOQ is shown on every product page, and we will tell you plainly if your quantity is below what makes sense for a custom item.
Most custom orders take two to four weeks from proof approval to ex-factory, plus shipping time to your door. Event orders with tight dates are our specialty — send us the in-hands date first and we will confirm feasibility before you commit to anything.
Yes. We can send a blank sample or a pre-production printed sample of most items. Sample cost and lead time are stated in your quote, and the sample fee is credited back when the bulk order is confirmed.
The occasion, a rough quantity, your deadline, and a logo file if you have one (AI, EPS or PDF works best). That is enough for a full quote — the rest of the details are refined together after.
Every quote is itemised: product, logo printing, packaging and freight, each on its own line, with the quote validity stated. You will never find a setup fee or a surcharge added after the fact.
Yes — we regularly ship to the US, Canada, the UK and the EU. Shipping is quoted by destination and mode, and duties or import taxes are always flagged in the quote rather than discovered at the door.
