the company name, registration number, addresses, contact email, hosting and email providers, the country your servers sit in, the transfer mechanism, and the date. A policy with a placeholder left in it is worse than no policy: it proves you published something you never read.
Who we are
This site is operated by Shenzhen Baizi Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Imprestora, registered in the People’s Republic of China under number 91440300MAEEM33C02. Our registered address is Building 7, Cuihu Shanzhuang, No. 3326 Longgang Avenue (Henggang Section), Huale Community, Henggang Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. For any question about this policy, or about how we handle your data, write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
When you send an inquiry — the fields you fill in: name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, what you are looking for, estimated quantity, the date you need items in hand, your logo file link, and anything you write in the message box. Together with your inquiry we also record the page you sent it from, the time it arrived, and your IP address, which we use to block automated spam.
Website analytics — only if you agree to it: which pages you look at, how long for, the site that referred you, the approximate city derived from your IP, and your browser and device type. Analytics never load until you press “Accept analytics”, and we have no advertising or cross-site tracking tags on this site.
We never ask for, and please do not send, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information.
Why we keep it, and what allows us to
| What we do with it | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, produce and deliver your order | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and performance of that contract |
| Keep the invoices and shipping records the law requires | Compliance with our tax and accounting obligations |
| Block spam and automated abuse, using the IP address | Our legitimate interest in keeping the site and its inbox usable |
| Measure how the site is used so we can improve it | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
Where we rely on legitimate interests we have weighed that interest against your privacy and kept the intrusion minimal. Where we rely on consent, declining costs you nothing — the site works identically either way.
How long we keep things
| Record | Retention |
|---|---|
| Inquiries that do not become orders | 24 months from our last message to you, then deleted |
| Orders, invoices, shipping documents | For the life of the contract plus the period required by law in the People’s Republic of China — in mainland China, 30 years for accounting vouchers and account books, permanent retention for annual financial reports, and 10 years for monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports (Accounting Archives Management Measures, 2016); 6–10 years in most EU member states |
| Analytics data | 14 months, then automatically deleted |
| Server and security logs | 30 days |
| Your cookie choice | 180 days, then we ask again |
These are not intentions. Inquiries past their period are deleted automatically by a scheduled task on the server, without anyone having to remember, and we check that the task is running whenever we revisit this policy.
Ask us to delete something earlier and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We pass them only to the companies that run our infrastructure, and only as far as they need:
- Website hosting and backups: Hostinger International Ltd. — the Netherlands (European Union), with backups in Lithuania (European Union)
- Email and file storage: Hostinger Mail
- Website analytics, only with your consent: Google Ireland Limited
- Production and shipping of your order: our vetted manufacturing and logistics partners, limited to what the order itself requires
If any of these sits outside your own region, the transfer is made under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission(Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914), together with encryption in transit, access logging and a data-minimisation rule that keeps inquiry records to what preparing a quote requires., for example the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, for China, a standard contract filed with the provincial cyberspace administration. Ask us if you would like the detail.
Cookies
Strictly necessary. These keep the site working — for example remembering that you dismissed the notice below. They need no permission and hold no identifier that tracks you elsewhere.
Analytics. Only after you agree: _ga (expires after 2 years) and _ga_* (2 years) set by Google Analytics, used to tell returning visits apart. Decline, or change your mind later with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and none of these is ever set.
We use no advertising cookies, no social-media pixels and no third-party tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have its use restricted, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests. If processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like — use “Cookie settings” in the footer, or just email us.
Write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. We answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY — e.g. your national data protection authority, or the ICO in the UK].
If you are in mainland China
We handle personal information inside mainland China, so the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) applies alongside the GDPR. This section adds the disclosures PIPL requires that the rest of this page does not already make.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Who processes your information | Shenzhen Baizi Technology Co., Ltd., Room 603, Building 7, Cuihu Shanzhuang, No. 3326 Longgang Avenue (Henggang Section), Huale Community, Henggang Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, the People’s Republic of China |
| Personal information protection officer | Our designated officer handles PIPL requests and can be reached directly at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] — put “PIPL” in the subject line. |
| What we process, and why | The categories listed under “What we collect”, for the purposes in the table above — answering your inquiry, performing an order, keeping records the law requires, blocking automated abuse, and measuring site use with your consent. Nothing beyond that. |
| How we process it | Collected through the inquiry form on this site, stored in our own content system on the server named above, read by the staff who answer you, and shared only with the processors listed in this policy. We make no automated decisions about you and build no profile. |
| How long we keep it | The periods in the table above, enforced automatically. |
| Sending it outside mainland China | Our hosting, email and analytics providers are outside mainland China, so answering you means transferring your information abroad. That transfer rests on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission(Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914), together with encryption in transit, access logging and a data-minimisation rule that keeps inquiry records to what preparing a quote requires. — and where the law requires your separate consent for it, we ask for that consent before the transfer rather than assuming it. You can ask us which safeguard applies to your information. |
| Sensitive information | We neither ask for nor need it. Please do not send identity numbers, financial account details, biometric or medical information, or the personal information of anyone under 14. |
| Your rights | To be told how we process your information, to decide whether we may, to consult and copy it, to correct or complete it, to delete it, to withdraw consent, to ask for an explanation, and to have it transferred to another provider where the law provides for that. Write to the officer above; we answer within 15 working days. |
| If we get it wrong | You may complain to the cyberspace administration or another authority with jurisdiction, or bring a case in a people’s court. |
Where PIPL and the GDPR give you different levels of protection, we apply the stronger of the two.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry records sit in a private area of our content system, reachable only by the staff who answer them, and every form is checked against automated abuse. No payment card data is ever handled on this site.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
Last updated 23 October 2026, version 1. If we change anything material we will say so here and, where the change relies on your consent, ask again.
